Every piece from Always Us is made with intention.

Because of this, all items are made to order — not mass produced, not sitting on shelves.

Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged
  • The item is faulty
  • You received the wrong product

If this happens, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been worn or used

Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • You’ll receive a replacement or refund
  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method

Made-to-order note

Each item is created specifically for you.

This means we don’t hold stock — and it’s why we can’t accept general returns.
